Anacharis

Touch of Paradise Designs Anacharis is a vigorous grower with multibranched stems of mid-green colored leaves with pointed tips usually bent backwards. Leaves are 1 in. long and grow up to 0.1 in. wide. The branchlets easily break off the parent plant and form new plants. Sometimes when the stems reach the water's surface, tiny white flowers are produced at the tips. The plant produces long roots to anchor itself as it feeds primarily through its leaves. This plant can be planted directly into your pond usi9ng the gravel for the growth of the roots.
