Night Blooming Water Lilies

Touch of Paradise Designs Night Blooming Water Lilies are truly unique. They provide blooms and color for your evening or night enjoyment. They start to bloom around 6:00 pm. and continue to bloom till about 9:00 am. The bloom is sensitive to sun light and therefore closes during the day. The bloom is usually gigantic and much larger than a typical sized day blooming water Lily. Like the Tropical Water Lily, the Night bloomer is known for its brilliant colors and severely jagged leaves. The leaves are usually more severely jagged than a Tropical Water Lily. At times you can determine the color of a water Lily by flipping the leaf over and looking for color on the underside of the leaf. This is easier to spot for purple and pink colored blooms with the bottom of the leaf having a purple or pink hue.
