Touch of Paradise Designs
Technical Service
If you are in need of additional help with your ordering or with your design, just ask for technical service upon calling. We will help with any difficulties you are having with your design or in placing your order. With our expertise in water garden construction, and your input, together we will achieve the results you are looking for.
Returns and Warranty Merchandise
All returns must be pre-authorized by Return / Claims Dept. All items returned must have a RA number (Return Authorization Number). Any item returned without a RA number will be refused. All items shipped including warranty pumps are at your expense. A credit with a 15% restocking fee will be issued for items that are deemed usable and within the warranty period.
Pump Returns and Warranty
Submersible pumps that have been operated out of water, or have been altered, damaged, or used for any other purpose besides its intended purpose voids warranty. Pumps taken apart also void warranty. You must call Touch of Paradise Designs to receive a RA number (Return Authorization Number), to return a pump. A replacement pump will be sent to you direct from the manufacturer once they receive and test your returned pump. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Shipping is not covered under warranty. If a pump is returned and found in working order you will be responsible to have the pump returned to you with an additional charge of $10.00.
Shipping Information
Items less than 150 lbs. usually ship UPS. Some items that are shipped without a box, UPS charges an extra $5.00 per item. Large items considered "oversize 1 or 2" by UPS are charged according to their size not their weight.
Damaged Shipments
Make sure you inspect shipment before signing your delivery receipt. Signing receipt is proof your shipment has arrived complete and without damage. You may refuse your shipment if it has been damaged in transit without penalty. Damage on FEDX / UPS shipments must be reported within 24 hours.
Merchandise Availability
We cannot anticipate the popularity of certain items, nor can we control shipping delays in receiving our product. We will make you aware at time of purchase of any shortages or delays. Back orders are not automatically shipped. A Touch of Paradise Designs associate will contact you when items are back in stock and available for shipping.
